I'm a qualified yoga instructor, practising and teaching in Manchester, UK. I trained in the Iyengar yoga tradition and taught as a certified Iyengar teacher until 2017. After 10 years of teaching, I decided I wanted some freedom in my approach and my practice. My practice is principally Iyengar-inspired, with a focus on asana and pranayama; with a little yin for good measure.
